This tier is your reset. We slow the spin, regulate your nervous system, and rebuild safety from the inside out. Using Rachel’s signature Mind.Body.Soul™ Method, each session weaves together yoga therapy, somatic embodiment, and integrative coaching, meeting you exactly where you are each week.
We begin at the root, regulating your nervous system, reconnecting you with your body, and creating a steady foundation for healing. This is where the real work begins, and where burnout begins to unravel.
Structure

3 private 1:1 sessions per month (9 total over 3 months)

Every fourth week is an integration week for rest, reflection, and self-practice
