This is not a date night yoga class. This is not talk therapy.
Couples yoga therapy is a private, trauma-informed container designed to help partners regulate stress, rebuild safety, and reconnect through the body.
When stress, grief, trauma, or chronic overwhelm accumulate, the relationship carries it. Yoga therapy supports each partner in regulating individually and together, creating presence, safety, and genuine connection.
This work meets you in the body, not just the conversation.
What This Work Supports
In this container, we work with three clients at once:

Through somatic practices and guided integration, couples learn to:

Recognize and respond to nervous system cues in themselves and each other

Create shared rituals that sustain connection beyond sessions

Program Details
This is a private couples yoga therapy program designed to support both partners and the relationship as a whole.
Your program includes:

One comprehensive couples intake and relationship map

A shared 90 to 120-minute session to explore goals, history, stress patterns, and strengths
-
Individual intake forms are completed separately prior to this session
-
Ten private 75-minute couples yoga therapy sessions
-
Ongoing support via Telegram between sessions
-
Includes individual check-ins and a shared couple thread for integration and guidance
-
Custom partner practices and tools
-
Take-home rituals, breathwork, and movement practices designed for your specific needs
Optional add-on available:

Balance testing and oils for both partners to assess inflammation and support regulation
Program Structure
This program includes ten couples sessions that may be scheduled weekly or spaced out based on capacity, goals, and nervous system needs.
Some couples benefit from weekly sessions.
Others prefer a slower rhythm.
Pacing will be discussed during intake and may evolve as regulation and connection deepen.
