This is not a “date night yoga class” and it’s not traditional talk therapy. Couples Yoga Therapy is a sacred container designed for two people who want to strengthen their bond, rebuild intimacy, and learn embodied tools for communication and nervous system regulation.
Each week, you and your partner will step into a private, trauma-informed session where we focus on both of you individually and the relationship as its own living entity. Together, you’ll explore movement, breath, and partner practices that create lasting change beyond the studio.
